Whether it’s your first home or you are an experienced buyer, purchasing a home can be a complex process. My goal is to make the home buying experience as easy as possible for you as I work to find you the best property at the best value. When helping you buy a home, I will:

• ASSESS your specific wants and needs to ensure you view homes that meet your criteria and fit within your budget.
• EDUCATE on financing options: Help you understand financing options in order to make a competitive offer, including cash, mortgage, down payment, costs, etc.
• SCHEDULE Home Tours:  Looking at properties in a timely and efficient manner.
• NEGOTIATE Offers:  Negotiating can be complex and I will work with you to negotiate the best possible deal!
• NAVIGATE inspections, repairs, appraisals and other items through to closing.

Selling Strategy

Selling your home doesn't have to be stressful. With the right process and preparation selling can be a positive experience. When selling your home, I will:

• POSITION your property to create urgency and demand.
• PRICE your home appropriately.
• PREPARE your home through staging, photography and/or videography.
• MARKET your home through social media, open houses and networking.
• NEGOTIATE on your behalf to accept the best possible offer.
• NAVIGATE through appraisals, inspections and repairs to closing.
